Albania's young people are its greatest asset — and its most overlooked investment. We give youth the tools, mentors, and safe spaces they need to build a future worth staying for.
Albania has one of the highest youth emigration rates in Europe. Young people leave not because they don't love their country, but because they see no path forward. No jobs, no mentors, no mental health support, no spaces where they feel valued.
Our Youth Care program is built on a simple belief: if we invest in young Albanians — their skills, confidence, wellbeing, and community ties — more of them will choose to stay, and the ones who go will be better equipped wherever they land.
Join the ProgramHOP and FSCI — two complementary programs working together to give Albanian youth the skills, connections, and confidence they need.
A youth engagement program offering young Albanians a structured environment to grow, connect, and build skills for the future.
A youth-focused initiative building confidence, social skills, and civic awareness among young Albanians in the community.
Joining is simple — we've removed every barrier we could find.
Young people can apply online, walk into any of our centres, or be referred by a teacher, parent, or community worker. No paperwork needed to start.
A youth coordinator has an informal one-on-one conversation about the person's interests, goals, and which projects fit them best. No tests, no judgement.
The young person chooses which projects to join. They can participate in one or all four — at their own pace and on their own terms.
Progress is celebrated. Skills Lab graduates receive certificates. Mentorship completions are marked. Alumni stay connected and often become mentors themselves.
€50 covers a month of Skills Lab training. €180 funds a youth's full mentorship year. Every contribution builds a future the next generation can believe in.
